Art Week

Miss Fenton almost had an 'art' attack when she saw how her children's faces were improved by giving them a Picasso twist!

The History Detectives visit Endike

Endike were visited by The History Detectives this week and treat to a fantastic tour through the ages, helping us learn about the importance of chronological order in History.

Harvest Festival Assembly

We had our annual Harvest Festival assembly today. Each phase had prepared a performance and we Pastor Matt Sheard as our guest speaker.


Thanks to all who donated food. This will be passed on to the needy around our school.

Mission Magpie!

Year 5 are working collaboratively this week on improving their narrative writing by describing an atmosphere to the reader.
After working on innovating an existing text, the children were given some time to 'magpie'  ideas from others.

Scorcher at the DRET Summer Cup!

Wednesday 1st July saw Endike join 1500 children and young people from the David Ross Education Trust's (DRET) 33 academies to take part in the annual DRET Summer Cup at Grantham Meres Sports Stadium.

Girls Football Festival

There was a great turnout tonight for the North Hull Girls Football Festival.
Miss Fenton and Miss Brown were very impressed with all the girls who took part, and all the parents and children who came to support.

The story behind the pumpkin revealed...

This week, the Year 5 children have been studying the story 'Pumpkin'. They are going to box up, innovate and write their own version of the story.

What a performance!

All week, each year group have been learning a piece of poetry and this morning was performance day! We all went out onto the amphitheatre and performed our poems. The teachers were very impressed with all the children, and our visitor from DRET also said she thought it was wonderful.

Beware the Jabberwock!

As part of Poetry Week, the Year 6 children have been using clay and paint to create their own interpretation of what the Jabberwocky looks like, using just the language of the C.S. Lewis poem as inspiration.
